I do think 20 lbs is possible, but I&#039;d rather you focused on a certain size rather than a weight.  That will be easier to achieve for the reasons outlined in the post you read about muscle vs. fat.</description>

I had lost 6lbs but I&#039;m starting to gain weight(muscle) I&#039;m 4&#039;11 and weigh 143.4lbs... I wear a 9/10 and can fit some size 8... I would like to loose 20lbs. Do you think that is possible?? I just want to loose my tummy and back fat.</description>
