So, I posted this evening that I “swapped corn-cob’s for levers”, and people were asking what a lever is. Rather than describe it, because frankly my arms are so toasty after Back & Biceps/ARX and 2 miles on the treadmill that I can barely type. So I filmed a few. Next time I’m filming at the beginning of the workout! These were pretty weak, but you get the idea.
Tomorrow it is Yoga Flow at the gym. Wed I’m planning on a run at lunch, and then I’m going back to the rock climbing gym for some more fun (i.e. legs & back). Thurs AM I’m up an at ‘em for about 25 miles on the bike and then it is off to LA for The Coaches Summit. Friday we are doing something crazy with Tony Horton – rumors are Cardio 5-6 and some Ten Min Trainer. Saturday is supposedly yoga. Home on Sunday and I’ll play it by ear. Been a while since I had a day off, so maybe I’ll take one then.
