Let’s face it, there are very few truly excellent companies left anymore. In my view an excellent company cares about a lot more than the bottom line. An excellent company cares about its people and makes strides to bring about positive change in the world. Beachbody is an excellent company.
Here is today’s BNN piece on how Beachbody has afforded its employees an opportunity to participate in a 90 day fitness challenge to get ready for summer. You may be saying, “yeah, wow, another corporate wellness program.” Take a look at what they are doing. First, they provide Shakeology and other supplements for free. That is a cost of about $120 per employee per month. Second, they provided free body composition testing using a dunk tank. I paid $300 for similar testing! Beachbody gets it. They understand that their people are what make the company excellent. That understanding starts at the top with Carl and Jon and runs down to every single employee and every single Coach.
