When I lived in Arizona I was addicted to Bikram Yoga through Inner Vision Yoga. It was the first time I experienced a community of yogis. Before it was yoga through LA Fitness or 24hour Fitness. Yoga is (Bikram when I can get to a class) and always will be part of my workout!

Great review there Steven. Even better results. Way to go! Sorry to hear about your shoulder. I tore my ACL in 1994 and when we first did P90X in 2004 I could not do a lot of the stuff. I had to sub Cardio X for Plyo and Legs & Back just killed me. Kenpo also gave me trouble. I stuck with it and managed to strengthen the muscles around my knee. Once the repaired ACL didn't have to carry all the load and had some help from the muscle structure everything was better. Hopefully, you will experience the same thing. I'm lucky enough not to have had rotator cuff injuries but I know a lot of people that do, and they are tough to come back from. Kudos to you for not giving in and pushing yourself with P90X and Body for Life. Have fun and feel free to send me any additional comments or reviews. We love this stuff.
