Here’s what’s on tap this week:
Monday – 45 mins on the bike trainer and 45 mins on the treadmill. Medium effort BRICK workout.
Tuesday – P90X Legs & Back with Ab Ripper X.
Wednesday – Master Swim at the gym. We usually do between 2,400 and 3,000 meters.
Thursday – Ride bike to work. About 50 miles total.
Friday – Off Day (Happy New Years).
Saturday – P90X Shoulders & Arms with Ab Ripper X.
Sunday – Run to gym (2 miles) – 1,800 meter swim w/drills – Run home.

Wow. Looks like a killer workout!
Oh man, I am feeling it after Legs & Back last night. Looking forward Master Swim tonight. Hoping to get there a little early and losen up the lats.
