Beachbody is at it again with another promotion for Tony Horton’s One on One series. Tony’s circuit of 100 jump rope sets, 30 crunches and 20 push up moves comprises the latest One on One entitled 100/30/20. Here’s the preview.
In March Beachbody offered new subscribers to the One on One series their first DVD for one cent. That promotion is over, but the hits keep coming. From April 5th through May 3rd, both new and existing subscribers will receive a special Shakeology gift package with their April shipment of One on One, which includes:
