Insanity has arrived in AZ. As you may know, we hold a free group workout every Tuesday night here in Phoenix. The local news found out about our Fit Club workouts and decided to do a story one one of our regular attendees. It took a lot of guts for Danielle to agree to take on the Insanity challenge, much less have the local news film her progress. She did really well, and I can tell you that she keeps Digging Deeper with Insanity every day. She’s doing great and pushing herself to new heights. Way to go Danielle!!! Here’s the news story.
