Feel the BURN!

I’ve come across many people that don’t want to lift weights because they don’t want to get big, bulky looking, kind of like those bodybuilders, they say. Breaking news! – you will not get big like bodybuilders by just lifting weights. They been doing that for years!!
So don’t be afraid to lift some weights. Here’s a a couple of benefits of lifting weights and doing it, till it BURNS!
It helps improve strength, flexibility and coordination, and it’s a very effective way to lose fat.
Lifting weights helps reduce bodyfat not only because of the calories burned during the workout but also those burned after training is over. To increase the amount of calories you burn after working out, research suggests that you should train with fairly heavy weights (those that allow you to complete only 6-10 reps). Although aerobic exercise burns the most calories during the actual activity, you can still alter your weight training to maximize the number of calories used.
Dont be afraid of a little muscle!
