The Beachbody Challenge is blowing up. We’ve been running 30 day Challenges for years now. Sometimes we do healthy eating challenges, sometimes it push ups, and sometimes it is Insanity: The Asylum. Right now, I’m doing a 30 day Les Mills PUMP challenge and I’m loving it using the workouts from the Deluxe Pack (Combat, Sports Attack and Step)!
What I’ve learned is that it doesn’t matter what you do, or how long it lasts. What matters is the CHALLENGE! It is about making the decision to commit to accepting a challenge into your life. To working towards a specific goal and then tapping into a system that will help you succeed.
