DAY 1 of the 21 DAY FIX was both challenging and fun. Monica and I are moving right now, so that’s always hectic. Nonetheless, we’re making it work. As we dive into this, we have a couple of thoughts that we’d like to share in our 21 DAY FIX review of Day 1.
First, the 21 DAY FIX is one of the easiest Beachbody programs to follow. It’s only 21 days, which limits the commitment that you need to make. However, it takes 21 days to form a new habit, so it’s really a launching pad rather than simply an ultimate means to an end. In my view, you do the 21 DAY FIX to learn the skills that will keep you healthy for a lifetime.
Second, the 21 DAY FIX is a perfect workout for a husband and wife to do together. If you’re looking for something to do with your spouse, this is it. The workouts are challenging enough for both men and women and, because of the 21 DAY FIX containers, the food is very portable. That allows husbands and wives to prepare their meals together and take them on the go or, if one of you stays at home and does most of the cooking, then that person can prepare all the meals and easily pack them up.
