We would love to help you on your fitness journey. Coaching for health and fitness means different things to different people. Some need help with nutrition, some need motivation, others need both. We help people via email, our Facebook Group (see below) the phone and local Fit Club workouts. We do our best to customize our coaching to your needs. We have completed P0wer 90, Turbo Jam, Slim in Six, P90X, P90X+, ChaLEAN Extreme, and Insanity. In addition, both Monica and I are P90X Certified Trainers. We rely on our experience with these programs and our struggles and successes to help others.

Please complete all the following steps to get them most out of what we have to offer.
Step 1 – Have Beachbody Make the Assignment.
If you don’t already have a Team Beachbody account just CLICK HERE and complete the information to create a Free Team Beachbody Account. While you are there, you can check out the information on the VIP Club Membership, but please note that you do not need to sign up for that fee based membership to work with us. That’s not how we roll. Just create a Free Team Beachbody Account unless you decide you want to upgrade and have access to those additional resources.
If you already have a Team Beachbody account, but are NOT already working with a Team Beachbody Coach, then send an email to email@example.com and tell them you want Monica Ward (fitclubnetwork2, Coach ID 97066) to be your Coach. They will make the switch. Please be sure to send the email from the email account attached to your account with Team Beachbody. This will enable you to work with both Monica and Dave regardless which one is assigned. We work as a team here.
Step 2 – Let’s be Friends on Facebook
Monica and I run a private Facebook group for the people that we coach. If you add us on Facebook, we can add you to that group. It’s very similar to the Message Boards, but some people are more comfortable with the Facebook format, so we have options.

Please send us a note to let us know that you’ve registered for the Fit Club Network Free Coaching program and that you’d like us to add you to that group. We get a lot of friend requests, so this will really help us make sure you get added to the group quickly.
Step 3 – Register for our Mailing List.
Put your email in the box below to sign up for our mailing list. Please note that there are three email lists here. Two of them are for Beachbody Coaches (Fit Club Network Coaches List and Beachbody Phoenix). Please subscribe to the Fit Club Network Client Mailing List only. We will send you updates every couple of weeks to check in with you and provide you with some helpful tips. We promise not to send you repetitive emails, or fill up your inbox with emails every day, and we will never sell your information. This will just get you on the list to receive an email every couple of weeks so we can check in on you and ensure you are getting the most out of your program. In addition, we will include some special offers in these emails.
