New Coach Resources

First and foremost, welcome to the Team. If you are reviewing this information, you are in Monica Ward’s Team Beachbody Coaching organization. In order to support our Team members, we have created some resources that new Coaches can use to get their businesses started quickly.

Step 1 – Getting Started Right Interview

The first step in your progression as a Coach is to do a Getting Started Right Interview. Contact your sponsor to setup a time for this important meeting. If your sponsor has not contacted you, and you are in Monica Ward’s Team Beachbody organization, please Contact Us to schedule an interview. We will be happy to get you started right.

Step 2 – Log on to the New Coach Training Academy

Beachbody has provided us with some excellent training resources.  To access the Coach Training Academy just go to www.teambeachbody.com and log into your account.  Then go to the “Coach” dropdown menu and enter the Coach Online Office.  From there just click on the “News & Training” dropdown menu and you’ll see a link to the Coach Training Academy.  Here you will setup your business infrastructure (websites, etc.) and learn more about the “how to” of being a Coach.

Step 3 – Make Your List

CLICK HERE to download a Word document that you can use to help develop your initial list. This list is the key to your success. You should make your initial list and send that to your Sponsoring Coach, or the Upline Coach that will be assisting you. This list will evolve over time. As you make new contacts, they should be added to your list. Everyone you place on your list should remain on the list until they make a decision (i.e. yes or no).

Step 4 – Download New Coach Cheat Sheet and Shakeology “How To”

CLICK HERE to download a PDF file that contains helpful resources for New Coaches. As a new Coach, the skills you need to master are “pointing”, “inviting” and “coordinating”. You will be pointing people to our products and the business opportunity using third party tools. You will invite people to business opportunity presentations, Fit Clubs and events. Finally, you’ll coordinate 3 way calls and meetings with upline Coaches that will help you talk with your prospects.

Step 5 – Register for our Mailing List.

Entering you email below will sign you up for The Fit Club Network mailing list. Please note that there are three lists. One list is for Fit Club Network Coaches ONLY. The other is for Customers (Client List). The third list is for our local Phoenix Team. You may sign up for all the email lists; however, special offers from the Customer email list are for customers only. In addition, if you are not in Phoenix that information will likely not be of interest to you. We use the Fit Club Network Coaches email list to distribute our weekly Newsletter and notify people of special events.
