Our very own Monica Koon has done it again. For the third year in a row, she has achieved Elite status as a Team Beachbody Coach. Some of you may not know what an Elite Beachbody Coachis, so I’m going to fill you in—because I want you to be as proud of Monica as I am.

According to Beachbody, an Elite Beachbody Coach is someone who continues to develop their business and improve their performance each year. They go beyond helping people live healthier lifestyles—they also focus on helping people set and reach their financial goals as well.

Beachbody awards points to Coaches when they help coaches on their team. When a Coach helps five of their team members reach the level of Diamond – and earns a specific number of points – they achieve Elite status. It’s no easy feat—and definitely not easy to do three years in a row!

I cannot convey to you how gratifying it is to see others achieve their financial goals. Some of our Coaches have even been able to start new careers as full-time Beachbody Coaches! We are so grateful to our team for enabling us to have an exponential impact on the health of humanity and be effective warriors in the fight to end the trend of obesity in this country.

What are the Benefits of Being an Elite Beachbody Coach?

There are some definite perks to being an Elite Beachbody Coach. One you’ll see in the video below – recognition by the powers that be. I can tell you that Monica felt really good being recognized for her hard work. Another nice perk is a bonus on your monthly paycheck and an even bigger one if you’re one of the top 200 Elite Coaches. You also get special invitations to special “Elite Only” receptions during larger Beachbody events, plus sneak previews of new programs and gifts.

Monica Gets Congratulated

Here’s a short video from Senior Vice President Jeff Hill congratulating Monica on earning Elite Beachbody Coachstatus for the third year in a row:

The Elite Beachbody Coach status is a high bar. During all the chaos as a result of our move to San Diego this year, Monica and I never took our eyes off of our goals – and achieving Elite was at the top of the list. We are very proud of the accomplishment and dedicated to making 2012 the fourth consecutive Elite year!
