Week Four of the P90X Challenge

Recovery Week!!! Yeah! We get to rest.  Um…no, not really.  Recovery and rest are two totally different things.  Rest is what you do on the 7th day of the week and when you are sleeping.  Recovery workouts are a totally different animal.  You won’t be lifting weights much this week and when you do, you will be doing it at a pretty easy rate.  Here’s a short video where I give you some tips on what to expect this week from your P90X Challenge.
