P90X Challenge Guide – Week 9

It’s Week 9 of the P90X Challenge and that means Phase III.  Time to finish strong.  This is a really good time to take stock of what’s been going on for you and where you want to take your body next.  More cardio?  More weights?  Another round of P90X?  Maybe the next level of P90X with P90X2?  Give it some thought as you finish up.
