We’ve seen it time and time again—those who take advantage of our FREE coaching program and actively engage in our peer support communities have a MUCH higher probability of success with their fitness and nutrition goals. The motivation and accountability that Coaches and Communities provide are key to making a permanent lifestyle change!

Both of us have extensive first hand experience with most of the Beachbody programs and we are also P90X certified. Monica became a 21 Day Fix specialist when she realized the power of the innovative portion control eating plan to work for the greatest number of people. In short, we are extremely effective coaches.

Here’s just some of what we’ll do WITH YOU:
  • Recommend the optimum Beachbody fitness & nutrition program for YOU
  • Help you choose the right nutritional supplement(s) to maximize your results
  • Teach you how to eat clean and simple
  • Offer you daily motivation and support to increase your chances of success
  • Offer you a supportive online community to keep you accountable and motivated

FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

STEP 1: OPEN A FREE TEAM BEACHBODY ACCOUNT + ASSIGN MONICA AS YOUR COACH

  • If you do NOT already have one, open a FREE Team Beachbody account. (You might want to first check out the benefits of Premium membership.)
  • Request Monica Ward (Coach ID 86658 and Email monica@thefitclubnetwork.com) as your personal coach. (We work as a team, so this does NOT mean that you won’t be coached by Dave!)
  • If you already DO have an account and are NOT working with a coach OR you want to change to us as your coach, complete this form using the email address associated with your Team Beachbody account and Monica’s coaching info above.

STEP 2: LIKE OUR FACEBOOK PAGES + JOIN OUR GROUPS

We have several Facebook pages and private groups to serve as communities, lines of communication, and sources of motivation, accountability and lots of information. Join one, join all—just click on the link and Like the page or send us a request to join the private groups.
