Nothing like getting the year started off right.

Let's write our own version of muscle confusion.
Pick 3 strength training programs
Use P90X Yoga, Hummingbird yoga or Fountain of Youth 1 day a week
3 cardio workouts. Mix and Match programs if you want!
1 day Insanity, one day P90X, one day Rev abs

Make it your own BUT write it out
Post your plan in New Year's Thread in the P90X Forum
Commit to it for 30 days
