As a new coach, I'm still learning a lot about the Beachbody products. One question that I have now is what do you recommend for people interested in P90X, but aren't fit enough to do it yet? I've spoken with a couple of people recently who simply could not handle it, but eventually want to be able to go through it. Thanks for any advice.

I usually advice one of the "pre-extreme" workouts such as Slim in 6, Power 90, or Turbo Jam. Usually if someone wants to do a similar workout as P90x, they tend to like Power 90, which is the precursor to P90x. There should be a chart in your back office (News & Training -> Basics -> Program Comparison Chart) that will let you compare workouts based on fitness levels. The Getting Started tab of the Chart lists the beginner workouts for people who don't feel they're ready for P90x (or other extreme workouts) yet. Hope that helps!
