Hi everyone,

Just started P 90x this past Saturday. I am 6 feet, 195 lbs, looking to get more lean and lose some weight hopefully end up at 180ish by the end of the program. following the diet plan has been a bit tough for me, but i signed up for beachbody club online so the mealplanner has helped me plan for what to buy at the store which has been helpful. Being vegetarian, it is slightly trickier making sure I get all the protein etc. If any coach would please help me figure out how to tailor the online meal planner to P90x program I would really appreciate it. In the sense, I see a plan of eating several times a day, but i m not sure it fits the phase 1 , 2 3 correctly according to my start date of P 90x. Other than that, looking forward to meeting all of you and sticking through with P 90x all the way through!
