I'm new, as you'll be able to tell from my question. I signed up for the Beachbody Club and did everything to select my meal plan and everything looks great. My question - how do I enter and track the food items I actually have eaten throughout the day? I can see the meals and snacks in My Nutrition Plan with a link under the picture to the recipe and a link to "edit". I'm getting stuck, though, actually entering the meal / snack as eaten so I can see the progress bars update and change for the day. Its probably simple, but any guides, links, tutorials, etc would be appreciated. Thanks!
