Dave and Monica, sorry we missed you guys in Nado. I had to go back to work. Just did my first day of P90x on the road. I hope day two is easier! I made the mistake of doing day one on our rooftop gym 98 degrees with 100% humidity, I thought I was going to die. Can't wait to really get going on this in the air conditioning!

What's up Tommy? Day 1 - Chest & Back? Yeah, that is a serious one. Whatever you do, don't try to do plyometrics in the heat. You could seriously die. It is one of the harder workouts so pace yourself.
