I've been doing the workouts but eating a low carb type diet. I've been eating some good carbs as well tho. I dropped 40 lbs really fast, the I plateaued, now I've started losing again. I think I am going to stick to what I have been doing for the rest of this program and the next time I start I will do the P90X nutrition plan. Comments? Opinions?

Oh yeah, one more question. If I make a peanut butter sandwhich on whole wheat that is a carb and what else? I see peanut butter as a snack but is that the only place I can use it?

I believe 2 Tbsp of peanut butter constitutes 1 serving of fat
