Hello, I am a 27 year old female. I just started the P90X work out.. It is great! I have a question I am having a hard time with the abs. When you sit in a V to work your core my tail bone and lower back are killing me. Any advice

I had / have the same problem. It is getting easier for me. I know it sounds corny, but, "Do your best, forget the rest" is really sound advice. Week 6 and I am stronger, healthier, and I feel so much better than I did before I started taking care of me. Stay with and you will be fine.
