I am 19 years old and I play college football. I am a very small slot reciever. I have used my speed to get to where I am today (run a 4.46 forty), and now I am hoping P90x can help me gain muscle mass and definition. I am only 5'9 and 155 lbs. and my coaches want me up to 170 by September and my lady friend would love some definition and abs. I need all the help I can get, I heard something about coaches for this?? I also need a diet that would help me gain muscle mass, definition, and a little weight. Please someone help with the diet, that's what I need ASAP!
