Im new to diets and exercise and think I hve jumped into the deep end:)

Im starting the nutrition phase first before tackling the exercise as Im a sinlge mom and work full time.

Any ideas for getting started?

Hey there! I just emailed you a hello. I think as a single mom the best thing you can do is prepare a lot of food ahead of time. I like to cook quite a few days of chicken in advance and cut up my veggies into 1 cup containers.

What do you think so of your challenges will be?
