Hi There,
I have just started P90X, and using fat shredder level III as I weigh 203lbs (14.5 stone), I do plan to put muscle on, but seems like a heck of a lot of food, I am using the portion system, I am not sure if I am understanding it right?
Today I have prepared the following meals...
Protein Shake (Mixed with Berries / Banana) + Vitamin
6oz Chicken + Veg + Condiment
6oz Tuna + Salad + fat
6oz Chicken + Veg + Condiment
Protein Shake (Post Workout)
Egg White Omelette
I don't even know where too fit the snacks in...
Is this right? Is it because I am not using many supplements?
