Hey everyone,

I just started another round of P90x after having taken off for about 2 years!! I'm glad I'm doing it again but have a question about the nutrition...

I'm on Level 2 Phase 1 so I need about 2700 calories a day. The issue is when following the plan, I feel so incredibly full that y stomach feels like its goign to burst. I had a banana, yogurt (non fat greek plan) and muscle milk for breakfast and its such a feeling that I dont want to eat for hours.

Any ideas or is this a temporary issue?
