View Full Version : When to workout and when to eat?

Hello!
I have some more questions for everybody.
When do you do your workouts? Do you workout in the morning because you are a morning person, or at night?
I plan on using Shakeology for my breakfast, but if I workout in the morning I'll be taking Results and Recovery shake, and it says to take within 1 hour of your workout. How long do I have to wait till I can have breakfast?

Hey Jimmy - The morning is probably ideal to workout. I usually do it at night, but move all around. Some mornings, some lunch, and some night. You are right on with the recovery formula. Take that after you workout. I'd space out the next meal a couple of hours if you can, but recovery formula is only about 220 calories, and shakeology is only 140 (with water alone), so you can hit those pretty close together if you want to.
