I have to admit that ever since I gave up bad carbs (white rice, white pasta, white bread etc) a few weeks ago, I have been kind of abusing it... I am wondering if this is the reason why I havent lost a single pound of Inch in the lost few weeks... I am eating about 76 grams of carbs from 100% whole grain bread or whole wheat tortillas!!! Is anyone having the same problem... should I cut down??? Any input would be awesome... Thnks

Gia I would try it. See what happens when you cut those things out for a week or two. My guess is that you've identified the exact issue. Your body needs carbs. That's for sure. The problem is that your body can only process and store a certain amount of carbs. When we eat too many carbs, the body ends up storing them as fat. There's no where else for them to go. It is worth at least trying. Again, don't cut them entirely, just reduce the amount. See what happens. You might just be amazed.
