My name is Mike I have always been blessed/cursed with a super fast metabolism and skinny genes so my goal is to put on a little mass. I am currently 5'11" 130 lbs, and would like to be more around 150. I started p90x with a roommate a few years back but only made it through phase 2 and wasn't doing the whole diet portion of it.
Our company recently added a gym that opens for employee use tomorrow and the owner and myself are starting p90x. After I raved about how much I loved doing it he just couldn't pass up the opportunity to do it again with a buddy (I tried myself a few times and never got going).
I am really going to focus on the nutrition aspect this time as really it will probably make me eat much more than I currently do eat and hopefully that will help me gain a little this time :)
If anyone has any tips for gaining weight etc please let me know.
