Good afternoon, everyone! I'm Susan, and I'm currently on round 2, day 48 of P90X. I also incorporate the One on One series into my workouts, and I'm already planning for what comes next! My goals were never really weight related, and instead, I focus on being healthy, feeling better and stronger, and having more energy for keeping up with my son! P90X has allowed me to more easily hoist large bags of dog food in and out of the car - haha! I enjoy being challenged in my workouts, and I enjoy being stronger in the other outdoor activities that I enjoy (hiking, backpacking, kayaking, and running).
Since starting P90X, I've started running more and am preparing for my first half-marathon in October. I've been able to, with confidence, do solo backpacking treks in the Appalachians, and I'm planning a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail (over 2100 miles) in the next 3 years.
