They were asking me yesterday why I was bringing my lunch to work like they take theirs to school. I said it was so I can eat healthy.

This is awesome! My 5 year old, Dax, loves the "Omms" at the end of Yoga X. He always does that with us. He is such a motivator and tells my husband and I that we are doing great and that he can see our muscles when we work out! We catch all 3 of our children trying the workout moves off behind us usually...they all have to start somewhere! Let's us know that this life style change is not just about us :-)
