I have been having to travel alot in the car and working long hours. So I have to eat alot on the car, I am able to get my Shakeology in every day. I think i have my diet balanced. Any ideas or experiences anyone has would be a big help.
Thanks: Kenny Hadel
Kenny - I moved this over to the Nutrition thread, where you are more likely to get a better response. My suggestion is to be prepared. Buy some good healthy bars, like the Larabar. It wont' give you "40 GRAMS OF PROTEIN" like many of the others claim, but it is made of whole food ingredients and it doesn't have 100 ingredients that you can't prounounce most of which end in "ose" or begin with "hydgogenated". Bananas are a great traveler as well. If you plan ahead, you can make meals and take them with you on the road.

Unless your hungry, don't sweat it. Try to eat whole foods when possible. If you have to eat some bars along the way just make sure they are not overly processed and low in sugar. Also, including intermittent fasting in your normal routine is a great way to keep your body in check, balance and reset your hormones, give your body a rest from a fed state, and reduce your calorie intake if ridding body fat is your goal.
