Well just a little about me...I, like many people, was very athletic in high school. I participated in 3 yrs of varsity football, basketball, and track. I loved to compete and loved the challenges that came along with sports. Naturally after my high school glory days were over I joined the US Marine Corps! I loved it!!! But to wards the end of my enlistment I became what I hated...a nasty heinous unfit Marine!

Once my enlistment ended i continued my nasty ways...my metabolism hit rock bottom and i continued to eat whatever I wanted! Hey, I'm Mexican, and i love my tacos! lol Anyways, I finally had enough and would diet, workout and achieve the look i wanted! But I'd always go back to my old ways.

Now, here is the saddest part of it all! I've had my P90X DVDs for over a year now! I'd do them for maybe 4 days and "something" would come up for me not to finish the program! I've had people start with me the first day then quit, say they are gonna do it with me and never show up! It's hard for me to self-motivate myself to stick with it and develop these life changing habits that i so desperately want! Thats were i need your help...SUPPORT!

I hope to be talk to you all soon and don't hesitate to shoot me a comment or suggestion and I'll do the same...good luck and stay motivated!

Welcome Jorge!

I just moved away from the RGV this summer after living there for 12 years. I know firsthand how hard it is to be health-conscious in the Valley! You have definitely come to the right place, where you will find A LOT of support, i. e. a$$kicking. Don't hesitate to contact anyone on this board with questions, comments, and concerns. We're here for you.

Regards,

Miki
