Molly,
Overall I think the first 4 weeks are the hardest to get through. Everything hurts, you're exhausted, if not just from the workout, but also from life, and trying to eat healthier, but it does get better; I promise. My suggestion would be to remind youself why your doing the workout in the first place. Who doesn't want to have the "perfect body", but you're most likely doing it to be healthier, or make a lifestyle change. I try to keep reminding myself that it's 90 days. I made it through two college programs that took years, and survived that because I wanted it so badly. I'm sure you have your own personal achievements that have lasted longer than 90 days, and you survived. I found it super inspirational to look at before and after pics, either on Team Beachbody, or youtube; anything that could help remind me in those first few weeks, that in 90 days I would be able to gain control of my health once and for all. If you haven't already, check out some success stories, or write down a list of physical achievements you hope to achieve over those 90 days. Sometimes, I just need something to look at and remind me of my ultimate goal. YOU CAN DO IT! YOU CAN PRESS PLAY! AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, YOU CAN BRING IT!!!
I hope this helped a little bit, and if you have any questions about the program overall, you're in the right spot. So many people here have so much information. Good Luck!

Molly - I would suggest considering your workout time as your "me" time. That has worked very well for me, even when deadlines were flying at me and problems had to be solved and people were not communicating like they should have. What better luxury is there, really, than spending an hour or more on just you and your wellbeing? Stopping to see how do you feel? How are you? And then making yourself feel better in both the short and long term? It's like a warm bath and a glass of wine, except the 'oooh' factor doesn't wear off and the effects remain even after you stop.

Hey Molly - I see you've already posted over on the Accountability thread. I think you'll find that is a great place to stay on track. Plus, you just can't beat the people that you'll find here. The people are what make any online community and we are so lucky to have the people we have here.

Thank you guys! Ver good points! especially the college remark....I completed my bachelors and my masters in 5 years and it flew by....when put in that perspecive, 90 days is nothing!!!!
