So i am trying really hard to follow the P90x eating plan however I have a very hard time choosing lunches. Im a hairstylist so I don't have alot of time when Im at work so it needs to be something easy to pack and just pull out.
I have been trying to prepare meals in advance but I run out of things for snacks sometimes and lunches...just dont want to eat the same thing everyday. Most of the girls at my shop eat really unhealthy lunches so it makes it really hard to stick to something healthy if I did not bring it with. Or does not sound appitizing.
Any help would be fantastic!

I sent you a response to your page! Email me and I will send you the document I used to help me plan my meals for the week.

Hey Chris,
I have a similar lifestyle/need for easy lunches. What works for me is to set aside a couple of hours every Sunday (most!) afternoon to plan, shop, then cook my week's lunches. I am okay eating the same thing every day so make a recipe with four to five servings then dish 'em out. I used the portion planning explained by Monica on the nutrition update posting that's on the homepage of this site. I promise, it gets easier every week. For snacks:
apple or any fruit you like + 1 oz. almonds or 1 string cheese
1 cup nonfat Greek Yogurt with 1/2 cup unsweetened frozen fruit (prepared on Sundays)
protein shake
rice cake with nut (peanut, cashew, almond) butter
I honestly don't mix it up too much as I view food as fuel for my body and like you said, if I have it on hand, I'll eat it.
For meals, I think Protein (chicken, tuna, fish of other kinds) + veggies (I like most all of them) at lunch I'll add a carb (sweet potato, brown rice, limited wheat pasta). There are a few threads on here where people post recipes (including the Weekly Accountability Thread where people post their weekly food plans- lots of ideas to be gleaned from there!) I have a few cookbooks I'll turn to for ideas and, the longer I've done it, the more creative I've become. I pull recipes from the P90X Nutrition Guide, any Tosca Reno book, the Zone cookbooks, or BB Online. . .
Good luck in your meal planning, like I've said, it definitely gets easier!
Hang in there,
Cel
