Hello Everyone,
My name is David Jones...yes, like the Monkee (if your old enough to remember) or the locker at the bottom of the sea. As of this writing, I am 2 days into my P90X experience, and, besides being a little sore, (okay, a LOT sore), I am enjoying the program.
I am 34 years old, a husband, and father of three amazing kids. I am also a martial arts instructor -- I run my school part-time and work full-time. I decided to take the P90X challenge, because, though I considered myself to be in pretty good shape, I knew I could do better and look better. Two days of working out with Tony Horton and his crew have taught me that I am NOT in pretty good shape. My new goal is to complete each DVD without quitting or slowing on any exercise. It might be a while, but I'll do it.
I am very pleased to have found the Fit Club Network and I look forward to both giving and receiving plenty of encouragement here.
Thanks,
-- david j.
