Hello all,

My name is Kevin. I am 29 and from Georgia. I have had alot of health issues in the last three years and finally got it straightened out. I am on my second week of P90X and I am loving it. I finished PLYO yesterday and only had to pause it a couple of times which I am proud of because when I first received P90X about two years ago I couldn't even make it through the warm up.

I am trying hard to keep this up just need a little motivation sometimes.

Thanks Guys. My parents best friends live in the Augusta area. How many Georgians are on the forums?

I'm glad everyone is so supportive on here. It's hard to get people to understand how important their health is especially in small towns around here. They all think I'm crazy when i don't want to go eat McDonalds for lunch everyday. Oh well. All i can do is keep trying to get through to them and hope they change. Most importantly friends and family.

I am 6' and my weight at heaviest was 185 and today I am down to 152. But before I started gaining weight I weighed 135 back in 2005 before I moved to Phoenix for school.
I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism about 7 months ago and now that i'm on medication, eating healthy and exercising the weight just keeps coming off.

I will probably have a ton of questions I hope I don't get on y'alls (yup I'm southern) nerves.

Nice. I worked and went to school in Rome for a little while. I grew up in Rockmart which is about 20 minutes south of Rome. Still working in Rockmart actually.

BTW I miss Arizona something fierce! I gotta get back out there to visit. My Aunt and Uncle live in Mesa somewhere between Falcon Field and Apache Junction.

Good to see your health is better and you are accomplishing your goals. There is a wealth of knowledge in everyone on these boards. They have all helped me tremendously in my progression.
