Have anyone tried these drinks? it's milk with some whey protein in it. I was thinking about using it when I'm doing cardio and continue to use my supplement when I'm doing circuit(weights). here are the nutrition facts:

If you are trying to lose body fat, DO NOT drink this. Eat whole foods. Even if you are just staying fit and healthy, I wouldn't drink this. I'd only use this after an endurance competition.

thanks for your input. I thought it would be alright to take being its nonfat milk, I'll just take them back to the store.

Sterling - what is up with this drink? just curious what makes it awful. just for my own information as I am always trying to learn about fitness and nutrition.
