Hi all,
I'd like to find a good website that focuses on education of what whole foods are, what they look like, and what they're called (with variations, cuz different parts of the world call things differently). Pictures, info on how it's prepped (does it NEED to be peeled or is any part of it poisonous), and suggested ways to cook or pair it with other foods. Recipes would be great too of course.
I've seen beautiful books on veggies in the past, but I need a website!
I'll search too, and post if I find anything particularly helpful. I really want this info because I live in Korea and the veggie selection is baffling. Everything looks good and interesting, but so much of it is totally new to me. It would be nice to have some confidence at the market to buy and try some new delicious stuff. Also, I've been looking at the food lists for Insanity and P90x, and as an example, I have no idea what quinoa is. Some kind of grain, but no idea what it looks like or how it's used.
