Here is where we DIG DEEP!
You know the X formula, how to create muscle confusion, and how to eat clean.

(X formula)
2-3 days cardio
1 day yoga
2-3 days weight training

The food list is posted on this site.
The exercises are already on your shelves or available to order from us.

THE CHALLENGE
You need to create a plan, for 30 days, to follow faithfully

You need to eat CLEAN.
I mean NO ALCOHOL
NO WHITE SUGAR
NO WHITE FLOUR
NO FRIED FOODS
NO PROCESSED FOODS

Focus on:
Lean Proteins
Whole Grains
Fruits
Vegetables
Healthy Fats

Ok folks. October is almost here. No time like the present to get ready for this challenge. Clean out the fridge and pantry. Go to the store and buy whole foods. Start drinking a lot of water. 8 glasses a day is really a minimum. Shoot for 12. Your body will thank you. Let's get this going and charge through the holidays the right way.
