...well almost. I still have to to Kenpo X tomorrow. I'm not sure how I feel about Kenpo though. I will give it a shot, but I am thinking about doing yoga instead. I probably wont work out on Sunday because I am going kayaking. Anyway, I'm already in good shape, (5'8'' 140lbs, skinny) so I am trying to gain some strength and flexibility and, hopefully, some abs. 1 week down!
Also, I am dieting as well. I'm not really doing the full nutrition plan. I find it incredibly difficult to count calories and such. I am just trying to stay away from the bad stuff and eat as best as possible. I try to keep track of proteins, carbs, and the other things mentally.

I am finishing my first week also - down 2 pounds and have Kenpo tomorrow...Kenpo is my favorite! It flies by and you burn lots of calories. Good luck and congratulations!! Heather

Congrats on the first week.
So did you end up doing Kempo? Did you like it?
Kempo is fun for me, makes you sweat and burn FAT!

Hey Shannon,
My workouts are going well. I think today is day 15? I was chatting through email with D.Ward and told him i lost 5lbs already. I'm feeling good and have more energy. Doing all my workouts in the morning at 5am and at night i do some running around the neighborhood w/ the kids. Thanks for asking.
