Hey all! How is everyone?!?! I am a former college football player that went a bit too far with getting big to play. I got up to 320 before I graduated and said I have to do something. I am now down to 268 and starting p90x! I am hoping you guys can help me out and keep me on pace with everything! I am part of the p90x challenge...starting the first of October...going to need someone to get my back on this as well...we will see how it goes!!!!!!! I am ready to change myself both physically and mentally! Talk to you all soon!:D

Hi I know how you feel just started working out today is my first day..No turning back we need to go forward in life not backwards..Lets play p90x and press play...Its Rambo time!

Rock on Lou! Great to see you! P90X is an AWESOME program. It really pushes! I know you'll see results. Push yourself hard. Follow Tony's advise
Don't Say "I cant" say "I presently struggle with.." and then push yourself
Don't let your ego get in the way of good form
Breathe
Take breaks if you need them
Use the right weights to see the results you want
DO YOUR BEST AND FORGET THE REST!
You can do it!

Being a former athlete, you already know how to bring it.
Just keep pushing play and know we are all here for you.
I can't wait to see your progression. You WILL be an inspiration to all of us.
