Hello everyone, its great to be here so we can workout together we're all here for the same reason need support from others and feel good about each other and also looking hot..Especially the holidays are here. Need to lose 30lbs p90x is the way to go..Don't eat junk food, I've always cook at home, but love to eat to much food, I eat good food no oil or bacon I eat olive oil chicken, turkey, fish, and fruit. Not to long ago stop eating red meat felt like it was making me sick plus it stays in your stomach 24 hrs. Also I take vitamins like B's complex, fish oil,flaxseed oil,calcium with vitamins D,apple cider vinegar and Acidophilus. Maybe because, Im a stay home mom and rising my two kids or at times when they're in school Im bored so I'll eat...Been married for 20 years and have 2 kids and I want to look like how I was 25 years ago...Now its all about "ME". Its time for p90x...Thx Dave 4 ur support..

Well hey there everybody. So glad to see we are all getting aquiainted. Since we are bonding here, Monica and I have been married for 11 years now and have little kids that keep us pretty busy. We are originally from San Diego, but lived in the great Northwest for 10 years. Monica went to grad school at UPS in Tacoma and I went to law school at Willamette down in Salem (lovely towns both). We've been here almost four years now and it's pretty nice. It is just starting to cool down now, which makes it a lot nicer!
