Hello everyone!

My name is Tonja. I'm newly married (if you count Feb 2009 as "newly") and live in Washington State. I'm known by MissWashuu (Beachbody boards, Yahoo messanger), GmrGirl (twitter) or Tonja (real life and facebook)

My workout of choice right now is the ChaLEAN Extreme series and I'm starting the Burn Circuit today. My goals are: lift heavy, push hard and finish strong.

I'd like to drop another 20lbs by the end of this 90 day workout. i need to lose another 60 to get to my goal weight.

Thanks Tonja can feel the support already god knows I need it..Love lifting weights it feels so good and gets your heart pumping fast, faster then the treadmill..Was lifting weights in the past on my own doing okay until got sick for a long time, but now today was the first day feeling strong again and I decided to jump on p90x since I bought months ago just sitting there and said to myself just do it..Im glad I did felt so good to workout again, but this time is with p90x..Yahoo!!! Good night Im going to sleep real good..Finally... :0)
