Hello to all!
It's such a pleasure to be a part of this community. Here's a quick introduction:
My name is Pamme (Username: EmmaOnDaMove). My husband is Joel. We've embarked on this crazy fitness journey together for moral support and to spend time together. Joel and I have been increasing our fitness independently over the past few months with success but have plateaued.
We both in health care and I'm a certified fitness trainer. In addition to other responsibilities, I use this certification to create fitness / nutrition programs for families in low income and other vulnerable circumstances and families with disabilities. However, I myself do not currently exemplify what it means to be fit even with an understanding of the principles of good nutrition and exercise.
So, we found information about P90X (and the family of programs) and it was logical, straightforward and spot on. Which brings us here ... and, we're thrilled for the connection to a larger community, the ability to share goals/successes/challenges and the opportunity to go through this experience with others.
Looking forward to success for one and all,
Pamme (aka EmmaOnDaMove)
