The FIRST nutrition challenge cycle starts 11/26/2010
Copy and paste the nutrition guide from page one and create your personalized menu plan. You know Turkey meat will be my protein of choice for a few days after Thanksgiving

So Black Friday shopping did not help me in getting started with this plan (yes I was out at 3AM) and then today I think I was still recovering from the chaos and didn't have a chance to plan so tomorrow I am starting my 4 week countdown to Christmas eating clean plan!
I ordered my "The Last 15" book Monica and plan to delve into it as soon as I get it. Until then, I'll focus on the P90X nutrition guide and give this all I have! Looking forward to going into the Christmas season with a BANG!!
Taking measurements and weight tomorrow morning. I know its not going to be pretty since I haven't been drinking enough water or eating right for a few days now!

Oh Tamus, black friday totally threw me off! I got home from shopping at 3am, and started at midnight! lol Although the eating part of thanksgiving I did really well. I think I was the only person who didn't stuff myself to the point of unbuttoning my pants! So for that I was proud. BUT the day after I was all off schedule due to being tired and sleeping on and off. I bought some cookies too, which was just plain 'ol sabotage :(
Who writes the last 15? That sounds like a good book! And I am looking forward to entering the new year not worrying about weight as well! It really is empowering to do that! When you break it down into 4 weeks, it doesn't seem so daunting!
I have a question...on black friday I bought a heart rate monitor! THANK THE LORD!!!! And I want to make sure I am in the right target heart rate. I am 30, and weigh 125 and am doing Insanity. Unfortunately this HRM doesn't show me calories burned..how can I figure that out? AND how will I know if I am maxing out?

The Last 15: A Weight Loss Breakthrough Dr. Joey Shulman - Monica recommended this book! Looks like I'll get mine on Dec 1...love Amazon.com!
Angela - I don't know about calorie burn and stuff like that off the top of my head. I'd probably just do a google search! But I know there are websites out there that you can figure it out!

Got my book today...going to look through it tonight and get back on track with writing down everything I eat. Haven't done that the last 2 days and it so makes a difference for me!
