I travel globally for work and would like to know if anyone has some tips for nutriton planning. It has always been hard to eat properly in restaurants but now trying to follow the P90X plan I can see it will be difficult. Also does any one know how to calculate the needed protiens, carbs etc in grams? Is it more important to count calories or follow the strict portion requirements?
