lvtwin - we are all here to help and support you in anyway possible. So how are your workouts coming along? Have you survived the 1st full week and did you stick to the program? How about your diet? What are your goals that you want to achieve for yourself?

I fell off the workout wagon again!! I'm very disappointed in myself.

Well, just dust yourself off, get back on the wagon and lets get a routine scheduled for you. Pick a time of day each day that you can commit to exercising for 45 minutes. Get in the routine each and everyday, the results will begin to show and you'll want to get after those workouts more and more, just so you can get even more results. But you need to start and you need to keep at it everyday. Its not easy, but if you want that amazing transformation, all of your hard work will pay off in the end.
Ok, so now today is your new Day 1. Put in the dvd, press play, and get after it.
