Hi Guys,

My name is Barrett, and I'm ready to change my life. I have started the p90x program, and I'm trying to custom tailor it to fit my needs.

I have a fairly full schedule due to my work. I am a teacher and coach, and I'm typically at school from 6:30 am - 7 pm. This makes regular exercise difficult. I tried to do p90x in the fall, but I failed after about 3 weeks. I made a resolution for 2011 to complete the program, drop to 170 (currently 185), and be extremely jacked come summer time.

I would love some advice on how to make p90x fit into my busy schedule. Will it really take 6 days a week to get results? Could I drop it to 4?

Doing my best, forgetting the rest!

You can modify the schedule, but you won't see the same results. We have the schedules here in an Excel format. http://www.thefitclubnetwork.com/2010/12/download-p90x-workout-schedule/. I'd recommend two days of cardio and two days of strength training if you decide to do that.
